When a lice infestation hits we know you’re in urgent need of our lice and nit elimination products. Our shipping policy is designed to deliver your order as swiftly and cost effectively as possible. 

Here's how we roll: You will receive four (4) email alerts from the time you purchase to the successful delivery of your order.

Email Alert #1: Thank you for your purchase!

— As soon as you make a purchase an email confirmation is sent letting you know we are processing your order. And that we’ll notify you when it has been shipped out.  

Email Alert #2 Your order is on the way. 

— You’ll receive an email to let you know your order is on the way with a tracking link to see the delivery status.

Email Alert #3 You order is out for delivery.

— The moment your item is out for delivery in your area you will get an email with an estimated delivery date and a tracking link to check delivery status.

Email Alert #4 Your order has been delivered!

— You’ll get an email confirming your order has been delivered including a tracking link for reference.  

Haven’t received your product?

— Click on the “Let us know” link after the “Haven’t received your product yet?” to let us know that so we can help sort this out for you. 

Order Processing Times

  • Weekday orders received before 12pm EST are processed the same day.

  • Weekday orders received after 12pm EST are processed by 12pm EST the following day.  

  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday morning before 3pm EST.

(Please note that the U.S. Federal Holidays are observed and may impact order processing during holidays.)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across the contiguous United States and Please note that the estimated delivery times may actually be faster depending where you are in the U.S.  

  • For example, residents in California, Arizona, Nevada and other western states may receive orders within a day or two days because we ship from our Southern California warehouse. 

  • Note USPS Priority Mail shipping price only applies to 1-Pack  and 12-Pack Institutional 

  • 2-Pack and 3-Pack currently have Free Shipping in effect.

Please note shipments are made from our Souther California warehouse.  If you live in Southern California orders will normally be delivered the next day. 

Local delivery and In-store pickup

• We do not offer local delivery or In-store pickup at this time.  

• Please keep in mind that we ship with USPS Priority Mail, so if you live in Southern California you will likely receive your order in one or two days max.  

International Shipping

• We do not offer international shipping at this time. Sign-up to our newsletter so you can be informed of when our product line is available internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (Email alert #2). 

• If you haven’t received your order within 2 or 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aladera.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aladera.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
